📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist in the coordination and execution of operational activities

Support the operations team in maintaining and improving operational processes

Assist in the preparation and distribution of operational reports

Provide administrative support to the operations team

Assist in the implementation of operational strategies and initiatives

Ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures

Assist in the management of operational resources and budgets

Provide support in the planning and scheduling of operational activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in operations or administrative roles

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to work well in a team environment

Familiarity with operational processes and best practices

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
