📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of electrical engineers and technicians in the design and implementation of electrical systems, PLC programming, HMI interfaces, servo control systems, and robotics integration.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial design and feasibility studies to commissioning and maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with mechanical and software components.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and maintenance manuals.
• Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting to ensure the reliability and performance of electrical systems.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in industrial automation and robotics.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial automation, PLC programming, and robotics integration.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering electrical projects.
• In-depth knowledge of tools and software such as AutoCAD Electrical, Siemens TIA Portal, and RobotStudio.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, including power distribution, motor control, and variable frequency drives.
• Certifications in industrial automation, robotics, or related fields are a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
