📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the talent acquisition process, including job advertising, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using HRIS systems like BambooHR or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by addressing employee concerns and promoting a culture of respect and diversity.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in human resources to continuously improve our HR processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition and team management.
• Proficient in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of HR software and tools, such as BambooHR, SAP SuccessFactors, or Workday.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
