Sky Tech Pratama is looking for a dedicated Operations Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of our company, ensuring smooth and efficient business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and a passion for delivering excellent service. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and execution of daily operations,Monitor and maintain operational systems and processes,Support the development and implementation of operational procedures,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations,Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation,Provide administrative support to the operations team,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations,Assist in the training and development of new staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or administrative roles,Strong knowledge of operational systems and processes,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus,Ability to work in a hybrid environment
