📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers upon arrival, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.,Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.,Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.,Assist with inventory management and stock taking.,Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.,Promote our products and services to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or receptionist role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic computer software and hardware.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Friendly and professional demeanor.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
