The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of assigned outlets, ensuring they meet company standards and goals.,Manage a team of outlet staff, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance performance.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to maintain optimal product availability.,Conduct regular outlet audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.,Promote and participate in company initiatives aimed at enhancing customer engagement and loyalty.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and other stakeholders.,Proficient in using retail management software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in retail management.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
