📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates for various job openings, ensuring a diverse and qualified candidate pool.,Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment with company needs.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Provide feedback and guidance to internal teams on recruitment best practices.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of the local job market in Balikpapan and Kalimantan Timur.,Proven ability to source, screen, and hire top talent.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
