📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Manage the payroll process,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and filings,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial information,Provide training and mentorship to junior staff,Stay updated with the latest accounting trends and technologies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations is a plus
