The ideal candidate will have a strong background in kitchen operations and a commitment to maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Ensure food safety and quality standards are met.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Assist in training and supervising junior kitchen staff.,Participate in food cost control and menu planning.,Handle food waste and disposal properly.,Assist in maintaining kitchen equipment and utensils.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment.,Experience with Indonesian cuisine is a plus.,Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.,Basic computer skills for inventory management.,Availability to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
