📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.
  • Manage a team of sales professionals and provide guidance and support.
  • Drive sales and revenue growth through effective marketing and promotional strategies.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock is well-managed and rotated.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Attend and participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management or sales.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with retail software and systems.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
