📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software products and services.,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of documentation.,Create user manuals, quick start guides, and other reference materials.,Write and edit technical articles, white papers, and case studies.,Ensure documentation is up-to-date and aligned with product updates.,Work with graphic designers to enhance the visual appeal of documentation.,Provide training materials and support for new product releases.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role.,Strong understanding of software development concepts and processes.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English.,Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Experience with Markdown or similar markup languages is a plus.
