📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations,Manage and train store staff to ensure high levels of customer service,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized according to company standards,Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels,Assist in the planning and execution of store promotions and events,Work closely with the marketing team to support store initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role,Proven track record of sales performance and team management,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Good understanding of retail operations and customer service standards,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus
