📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee and train store staff to maintain high service standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is maintained.,Assist in planning and executing promotional events and sales.,Prepare and maintain accurate sales and financial reports.,Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management or similar role.,Proven ability to manage and mentor a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good understanding of inventory management and sales techniques.,Familiarity with retail software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is preferred.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
