📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in stock management, including receiving, storing, and organizing merchandise.,Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment.,Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with product information and purchases.,Assist in cashier duties, including handling transactions and processing payments.,Support the Store Operator in implementing store policies and procedures.,Assist in inventory control and reporting.,Participate in store promotions and events.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school education or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.,Familiarity with basic computer and office software is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy items up to 20 kg.,Willingness to work in a team and follow instructions.
