📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to the restaurant's menu and recipes.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following health and safety guidelines.,Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients.,Prepare food for the kitchen and dining room according to the restaurant's schedule.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.,Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team.,Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Good time management and organizational skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.,Ability to work weekends and holidays as required.
