In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic legal advice to the management team, reviewing and drafting contracts, and ensuring that all legal matters are handled efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with other departments to ensure that our operations are fully compliant with all relevant laws and regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide strategic legal advice to the management team on a wide range of corporate matters.
• Review and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure they are compliant with local and international laws.
• Ensure that all legal matters are handled efficiently and effectively, including litigations, disputes, and compliance issues.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in local and international laws and regulations that may affect our operations.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure that our operations are fully compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.
• Provide training and support to other employees on legal matters.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• A degree in Law from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international corporate law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of legal software and tools such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
• Certification in corporate law or related field is a plus.
