📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the company's online store to improve sales and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase sales.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and promotions.,Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends and best practices.,Ensure the website is user-friendly and mobile-responsive.,Manage inventory and ensure timely fulfillment of orders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce or related roles.,Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior is beneficial.
