📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Develop and implement lean manufacturing strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide technical support and training to clients on SAP ERP and MES systems.
Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to address operational challenges.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on project progress.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of manufacturing solutions.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in manufacturing optimization.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing consulting or a similar role.
Proven expertise in lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
Familiarity with SAP ERP and MES systems is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Indonesian.
Professional certification in manufacturing optimization (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, APICS) is a plus.
Ability to travel to client sites as required.
