📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all culinary operations to ensure high standards of food quality and presentation.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes to enhance the dining experience.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high performance standards.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling practices.,Manage inventory and procurement of food ingredients to optimize costs and quality.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or equivalent role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen team and operations.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and hygiene standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisines is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred.
