📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide input on candidate suitability.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure efficient recruitment processes.,Provide feedback to candidates and maintain a positive and professional image of the company throughout the recruitment process.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve recruitment strategies.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and hiring managers.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is required.
