Sentral Lestari Dental Clinic is looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. This is a hybrid role, offering the best of both worlds with a mix of office and field work.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our clinic's restaurant, ensuring a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.

We are offering a competitive salary package of Rp 22.000.000 – Rp 24.000.000 per month. If you are passionate about food and service, and have the skills and experience to manage a team, we would love to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Manage and train the restaurant staff to maintain high standards of service and hygiene.
  • Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Monitor restaurant finances and ensure profitability.
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized restaurant.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure the restaurant is stocked with the necessary supplies and ingredients.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
  • Proven track record of managing a team and improving service standards.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
  • Ability to use POS systems and other restaurant management software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
