Join ACP Computer Training & Consultancy in our mission to empower new mothers and nurture newborns in a supportive postpartum wellness center. As an Infant Carer / Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care to infants and assist new mothers in their postpartum recovery. Located in Canggu, our center offers a serene and supportive environment for both mothers and babies.
In this role, you will be responsible for daily care routines, including feeding, changing diapers, and soothing infants. You will also assist in creating a nurturing environment that promotes the health and well-being of both mothers and babies. With your expertise, you will help new mothers regain their strength and confidence in their postpartum journey.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide compassionate care to infants, including feeding, changing diapers, and soothing
- Assist new mothers in their postpartum recovery through daily routines and support
- Create a nurturing environment that promotes the health and well-being of both mothers and babies
- Monitor and record infant growth and development
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care for infants and mothers
- Assist in preparing and serving meals to support the nutritional needs of new mothers and infants
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices in infant care and postpartum support
- Promote a safe and clean environment by following hygiene and sanitation protocols
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in infant care or related healthcare field
- Certification in infant care or equivalent experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with basic first aid and CPR
- Proficiency in English language
- Ability to lift and carry infants and equipment
- Compassionate and patient attitude towards infants and new mothers
