In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the sales team in achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and presentation of sales materials and proposals.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Follow up with potential and existing customers to maintain relationships and drive sales.,Assist in negotiating contracts and closing deals with clients.,Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues raised by customers.,Update and maintain the company's customer database and sales records.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company's products and services.,Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales-related role (preferably in the plastic industry).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel is a plus.
