📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for our organization.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve recruitment processes.,Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
