Central Place Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team and drive the company's success. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's operations, ensuring that we meet our financial targets and deliver exceptional service to our customers. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while maintaining a strong connection with our Bontang-based team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the company's financial performance and profitability.,Manage and mentor the management team, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.,Ensure that the company complies with all relevant laws and regulations.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences, both locally and internationally.,Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and sales strategies.,Monitor and analyze market trends and competition, providing insights and recommendations to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving business growth.,Strong financial acumen and the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.,Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
