Port Plus Unggul is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, and a commitment to helping our team members grow and succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and presentations.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and develop appropriate programs.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their development and growth.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies.,Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to travel as needed.
