Sales Development Representative (SDR) - SaaS & Tech Sales

PT. Lalu Lintas Lancar is a leading SaaS and tech company in Bali, dedicated to providing innovative solutions to enhance business operations. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and help us achieve our sales targets.

As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, scheduling appointments, and nurturing relationships with prospects. Your ability to communicate effectively and build strong connections will be crucial in driving our sales growth.

This is a full-time position located in Bali, offering a competitive salary and a collaborative work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Identify and qualify potential leads through outbound and inbound sales activities.
• Schedule appointments with prospects and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline.
• Nurture relationships with prospects and provide them with valuable information about our products and services.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads into the sales process.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation and qualification.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales development.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and tactics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales development, business development, or a related role.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel to various locations in Bali as needed.
