📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and patrol the office premises to prevent unauthorized access and potential security threats.,Conduct regular security checks and inspections to identify and address any vulnerabilities.,Respond promptly to any security incidents or emergencies, and coordinate with relevant authorities if necessary.,Maintain and update security records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.,Enforce security protocols and procedures, including access control, visitor management, and emergency preparedness.,Provide security training and awareness programs for employees to promote a culture of safety and security.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure a secure and safe working environment for all employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 2 years of experience in security roles, preferably in corporate or office environments.,Strong knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Familiarity with security technology and equipment, such as CCTV systems, access control systems, and alarm systems.,Valid security clearance or certification, such as a Security Officer certification, is a plus.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.,Physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous activities, such as running, carrying heavy objects, and engaging in physical confrontations if necessary.
