Provide Level 3 technical support for Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.,Resolve complex technical issues and provide expert guidance to users.,Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, ensuring optimal operation of Microsoft 365 services.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions for technical challenges.,Document and maintain comprehensive knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides.,Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills of the support team.,Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft 365 features, updates, and best practices.,Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices for Microsoft 365 services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in providing technical support for Microsoft 365 services.,Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Python) is a plus.,Experience with cloud-based technologies and services is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
