📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the company's hiring needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality talent pool.,Conduct job interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for the roles.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Provide training and support to junior recruiters to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of successful hiring.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant HR software.,Familiarity with the Indonesian job market and recruitment practices is a plus.,Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
