📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the manufacturing team, ensuring that production targets are met.
  • Monitor and maintain quality standards, conducting regular inspections and quality checks.
  • Ensure the safety of the workplace by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular safety audits.
  • Manage inventory and ensure that materials are available when needed.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Train and develop the manufacturing team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Resolve production issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of production data and report to management.
