Accounts Payable Specialist - Financial Operations & Reporting
The Origin Foods is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to join our dynamic finance team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations, with a focus on streamlining our AP processes and maintaining our financial health.
As a member of our finance team, you will work closely with our vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate payment processing. You will be responsible for verifying invoices, reconciling accounts, and maintaining our AP system, which includes SAP and QuickBooks. With 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, you will bring a strong understanding of financial regulations and best practices to our team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process and verify vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
- Maintain and reconcile accounts payable records
- Ensure timely payment of invoices and monitor payment status
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and issues
- Monitor and manage the AP system, including SAP and QuickBooks
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports
- Stay up-to-date with financial regulations and best practices
- Provide support to the finance team as needed
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and best practices
- Proficient in using SAP and QuickBooks
- Detail-oriented and able to work accurately and efficiently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Certification in Accounts Payable (CPA or similar) is a plus
