As a Floor Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team of servers, and ensuring the highest standards of service are met. You'll work closely with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service, and you'll be the first point of contact for any guest concerns or issues. With your leadership and management skills, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the restaurant's reputation for excellence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth service delivery
• Manage and train a team of servers to maintain high service standards
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage service
• Handle guest complaints and concerns, ensuring a positive dining experience
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and presentation standards
• Assist in the development and implementation of service standards and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality industry
• Proven experience in managing a team of servers
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros or similar
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20kg
