📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in high-rise buildings.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of MEP systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure the successful completion of projects.
• Use specialized tools and software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other MEP-specific applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MEP systems.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to the development of technical solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP systems installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Proven experience working on high-rise buildings.
• Certification in MEP systems (e.g., Certified Electrical Technician, Certified Mechanical Engineer).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Indonesia.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
