📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the padel facility.
• Manage a team of 15-20 staff, including coaches, instructors, and customer service representatives.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance the padel experience.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as industry standards.
• Manage court bookings and member registrations using PadelPro and Salesforce.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain members.
• Foster a strong community of padel enthusiasts through events and initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Sports Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality or sports industry.
• Certification in Padel coaching or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of industry-leading software, including PadelPro and Salesforce.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage and lead a team.
