📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and security of digital identity systems, including e-KTP (electronic identity cards) and other related platforms.
• Ensure seamless and secure access to government services for the residents of Pangkal Pinang, leveraging advanced technologies such as blockchain and AI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency in digital identity management.
• Develop and enforce robust policies and procedures for digital identity management, ensuring compliance with national and international standards.
• Provide exceptional service to users, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of digital identity systems to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in digital identity management.
• Certification in digital identity management, such as Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) or similar.
• Proven experience in implementing and maintaining digital identity systems, including e-KTP and other related platforms.
• Strong understanding of national and international standards for digital identity management, such as ISO/IEC 24760 and NIST SP 800-63.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
