📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist head chefs in preparing and cooking Japanese dishes according to recipes and standards.
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils.
- Stock and manage inventory of kitchen supplies.
- Prepare food safely and efficiently to meet high standards of quality and hygiene.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Work efficiently in a team environment to meet daily production targets.
- Assist in the preparation of food for special events and promotions.
- Participate in kitchen maintenance and cleaning tasks.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Kitchen Crew or similar role in a professional kitchen.
- Familiarity with Japanese cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
