We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping & Gardener Specialist to maintain the cleanliness and beauty of our property. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests and employees feel welcome and comfortable.

In this role, you will be responsible for daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and maintaining our offices, guest rooms, and common areas. You will also be tasked with gardening and landscaping activities to enhance the aesthetic appeal of our property. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and maintaining offices, guest rooms, and common areas.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are properly stocked and used efficiently.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues.
• Perform gardening and landscaping activities to enhance the property's appearance.
• Maintain and care for indoor and outdoor plants, ensuring they are healthy and well-maintained.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating cleaning schedules and tasks.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and aesthetics.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in housekeeping and gardening.
• Proven ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and aesthetics.
• Knowledge of cleaning and maintenance tools and equipment.
• Familiarity with gardening techniques and software like iGarden or Garden Planner is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and schedules.
• Valid Sertifikasi Keamanan dan Kesehatan Kerja (SKK) certification is a plus.
